What is HypnoBirthing?

HypnoBirthing® is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free method of birthing. HypnoBirthing gives you a complete birth preparation method, including skills for your birth companion, relaxation and breathing techniques, information about nutrition, posture, birthing positions, bonding with baby & more.

At HypnoBirthing classes you will learn how to activate the release of birthing hormones, your body's own natural relaxant, and thus lessen, or even eliminate, discomfort and the need for medication. When you and your partner are well-prepared for childbirth, mind and body are in harmony, and birth is more likely to be normal.
